Since our products are freshly prepared after confirmation per order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Due to the nature of personal care and organic cosmetic products, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges for items once they have been opened, unsealed, or used, in order to maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos and videos of the issue, from package opening and we will arrange for refund for the genuine cause.
